Bringing Forth Offspring Vitamin E

In 1922, scientists found that rats fed with purified foods delivered deformed or stillborn offspring. In 1936, the substance was discovered and named tocopherol, vitamin E, which comes from Greek meaning, “to bring forth offspring”. Currently, vitamin E is considered as an antioxidant in the cells and tissues and important for immune system.
